The AKOVA Renewed Program
We believe any brand in the outdoor industry has a responsibility to our planet and needs to build sustainability into all that they do. Our Renewed program is based on the principles of a circular economy that keeps products and their raw materials in use and out of landfills. When our gear no longer fits, we encourage our customers to help us help the planet by returning the gear for us to renew. Our renewed gear can then help another family enjoy more time in the outdoors.
How To Participate

How To Participate
Step 1 - Submit Form to trade-in gear
What We Accept:
AKOVA and SHRED DOG brand outerwear and mid-layers (and similar gear from ANY BRAND thru May 15, 2024):
- Hardshell jackets, insulated ski/snowboard jackets, ski/snowboard/snow pants
- Insulation puffy jackets
- Fleece jackets and other multi-season outdoor jackets
What We Don't Accept:
- Next-to-skin layers such as baselayer tops and baselayer bottoms.
- Hats, t-shirts, other lightweight shirts, and leggings.
Step 2 - receive returns authorization & ship gear
1. AKOVA | SHRED DOG Customer Service will review your form within 48 hours and, if approved, will send you a prepaid shipping label and Returns Authorization form. If there is anything missing from your form, Customer Service will contact you via email to finalize your trade-in.
2. Print the shipping label and RA form.
3. Package your items with the RA form inside the box/package, and affix the shipping label.
4. Drop off with the appropriate shipping carrier.
Step 3 - receive discount code for 30% off next purchase
1. Once we receive your trade-in items, Customer Service will email you a one-time use discount code to take 30% off your next order.
2. You may use the discount code for brand new items or for Renewed items in the Renewed section of our online store.
3. Discount code can not be combined with other offers or other codes and is only valid for regular AKOVA and SHRED DOG brand merchandise (does not apply to team uniform products).
